With over fifty years of combined experience in the Naples fine dining scene, we are passion-driven individuals that employ likewise talent who genuinely love what they do. Our restaurant emphasizes the importance of quality ingredients and genuine hospitality, providing a locally and globally sustainable seafood program, hand-cut steaks and farm fresh produce. Our cocktail program takes this same approach, with classic cocktails, re-imagined classics, & house originals, alongside a well curated wine list and beer selection. Our focus is on a collaboration of kitchen and bar talent, and the caring execution of genuine hospitality.
Barry Larkin
Beverage Director - Owner
Barry was born in Massachusetts, but moved to Naples at a young age. His love for the outdoors & passion for the restaurant industry has made Southwest Florida his perfect home for over 30 years. Passion and drive have always pushed Barry to work tirelessly to achieve his goals and he has had the opportunity to work and learn from amazing companies and mentors in the process. Barry and his wife, Carolyn, met in the restaurant industry and have worked towards opening their own place ever since. Their collective experience in hospitality can only be outshone by their love for people and the joy that they obtain in creating a beautiful experience. Their two boys, Landon and new baby Torin, have been their motivation to make Seventh South Craft Food + Drink a lifelong dream realized.
Jay is a Naples native. His desire to become a great Chef was instilled at a young age and fueled by his driving forces; his wife, Andra and his two children, Sicily & Miles. His approach to achieve this greatness in the kitchen has been to hone in on his craft. This led him to be at the helm of two of Naples’ finest seafood restaurants for over a decade and eventually led him to us at Seventh South! Jay is a positive force in the kitchen, with an approach to leadership that promotes an ongoing love of research and development in his staff. His focus and attention to detail has been an exciting addition to Seventh South in our approach to enriching the downtown Naples restaurant scene.
Pal has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry and brings the highest level of service to Seventh South. He studied hospitality in Hungary and has a wealth of knowledge. He worked in the restaurant business in the Naples area since 2007. His Hungarian heritage shows in his passion for food and family. Pal has an eye for the small details ensuring our guests will receive the best service in town.
